The Retired Advocates for Public Safety (R.A.P.S.) Project is a local endeavor funded by Marc Junkerman, LLC and supported by Positive Passing, LLC. The project’s mission is to help first responder, specifically law enforcement and corrections, transition from the job into the next chapter of their lives regardless of their reason for separation. Our hope is to create healthy retirees who can support the communities in which they live through employment, volunteerism, and patronage. Thriving is deliberate!
