When Toby Gilbert opened Gilbert’s Provisions in Berlin earlier this month, he expected to have at least one day a week off.
At least until Labor Day, that’s not going to happen.
The Berlin native said business has been so good that he plans to stay open seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., through the holiday.
