Learn How to Cost Your Proposal For Ultimate Success!

This course will cover the types of pricing proposals and the definitions for each including the relationship between the technical and cost proposal;

  • How to identify and develop the basis of cost and indirect rates for your cost proposal such as direct labor, fringe, overhead, G&A, and fee
  • Resources for determining direct labor rates/hours and staffing requirements
  • Formulas for calculating indirect rates and total proposed cost.

In addition, we will discuss other direct costs (ODCs) factors and materials and handling fees; including how to determine allowable and unallowable costs.

Note: Questions will be answered at the end of each major section covered.

 

About The Instructor 

Expert proposal development coordinator, Ms. Arleen Wilson, CEO of AW Enterprises Consulting, will lead the class. Ms. Wilson has over 25 years of experience in developing proposals and administering government contracts well into the $100 million dollar range.
