“Provides a broad spectrum of services to help people of all ages lead healthy, fulfilling lives, including counseling services, education, outreach, support, professional education, training and advocacy for children.”
WYFCS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children and families socially, emotionally, and academically to build confidence, independence, and self-sufficiency. The organization provides mental health care, youth enrichment programs, family support, and advocacy for children in the child welfare system. Our goal is for strength and prosperity in the community by offering support systems to families, friends, and neighbors. We strive to stop child abuse, empower youth, prevent homelessness, and enlighten all. Each year we protect more than 45 children from abuse, enlighten more than 80 children through education and experiences, prevent more than 400 families from insolvency, and help hundreds through life’s emotional challenges. Through our work and partnerships, we make the community healthier, stronger and more productive.
